Flowersong Outdoor School is Permanently Closed
Flowersong Outdoor School is permanently closed, as I (Teacher Elizabeth) am moving on to further my education. After a tragic start of the school year with the loss of Teacher Bonnie, the school year became absolutely fantastic, with a delightful group of children and supportive families, and lots of learning, playing, and adventures in nature. I couldn't have asked for a better final year of teaching outdoor preschool! A big thank you to the Flowersong Community ❤️

Our Philosophy
At Flowersong Outdoor School we focus on the development of the whole child. We want children to have a strong sense of themselves, a connection to the natural world, the ability to think outside the box, and to love life, learning, and friends. We foster this through a combination of child-led and teacher-led periods that include ample free-play, music, art, games, time in nature, yoga and mindfulness, and other amazing opportunities to explore and experience the wonders of our world. We integrate into each day the teaching of social-emotional and academic skills in a joyful, playful, carefully curated, and developmentally appropriate way. We celebrate diversity and welcome all! We love teaching and learning. We think this is evident in each day we spend in nature with your children.
